Returns Accepted Only For

We accept returns only in the following case:

* Damage during transit (logistics issue)

Return Request Process

If your item is damaged during delivery:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Share the following on WhatsApp:

* Name
* Order ID
* Clear unboxing video (no cuts/edits)

⚠️ Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.

Approved Return Instructions

* Return the product within 48 hours after approval

* Return address will be shared by our team

* You can send via any courier service

* Shipping charges will be informed accordingly

* Share tracking details once dispatched

Refund / Replacement

* Once we receive and inspect the item, we will update you

* Replacement will be provided (subject to availability)

* If replacement is not possible, refund will be processed for product value only

* Flexible earring stems (adjustable by design)

* Loose stones/pearls (can be fixed easily)
